FAQ & SHIPPING

Here are some answers to frequently asked questions regarding general orders and shipping. 

ARE ORDERS TRACKED? 

All UK orders are posted with 48hr tracked shipping as standard, with upgrades to 24hr shipping available on the checkout page. International orders will default to the cheapest untracked shipping options, but tracked shipping is available at a slightly higher cost at the checkout page. 

SHIPPING PRICES

Standard shipping rates are :

UK - £3.00

USA - £4.50

WORLDWIDE - £3.75

Tracked options are available. One off pieces such as original paintings or sketches will automatically be set to tracked shipping only, as I cannot replace these if they get lost or damaged. A3 prints will be subject to a higher shipping price as they will be processed as a small parcel. 

For European orders, please understand that orders from outside the EU including here in the UK can be subject to customs fees and processing- I unfortunately cannot offer any prepaid customs fees for the EU, so please be aware of this when ordering. 

USA TARIFFS 

I send all USA orders with PDDP postage, which means all your tariff charges and duties are paid at the moment I pay for your shipping. You will not be charged any extra tariffs or customs fees when your order enters the USA, which usually also means a quicker customs time. When you go to checkout with your order, you will see the additional duties charges at checkout. I do not set these myself, these are exactly as I get charged when paying for postage, and it simply is easier to be paid at checkout to streamline your items delivery process. Tariffs are standardly around 10% of the item total, except on art prints, as you are usually only charged the handling fee [ exceptions apply ].

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

UK orders - 1-2 days based off delivery method chosen.

European orders - 7-10 days. 

Worldwide orders - 10-14 days. 

Please allow up to 7 working days additional for your item to arrive, it is not uncommon at busy periods for items to get stuck at customs or waiting to be delivered. Please contact me if your item has not arrived within this period. 

ECO FRIENDLY 

I strive to make my packaging as eco friendly as possible. All art prints and stickers are printed to order, in small batches, and keyrings and badges are ordered in small quantities to prevent overstocking and product waste. In terms of packaging, all orders arrive within cardboard envelopes. Prints and stickers are sent in hardback envelopes, with larger items sent in sturdy cardboard lettermail boxes. Your items are packaged in cellophane, which can be recycled with soft plastic recycling. This is the only plastic based material I use, to prevent the risk of water damage during shipping, but with aims to work with fully biodegradable cellophane in the future. Please recycle your packaging! 

PROCESSING TIME 

Please note that even if the shipping states 48hr tracked, this does not factor in processing time. I am a one person ran store, and at busy periods it can take a bit longer for your order to get handmade and on its way! You will recieve a dispatch email when this happens, and I strive to be within 3 working days of order placing, quicker when possible. Please let me know if you need an order by a certain date, so I can try to work towards this when needed.
